In continuation of the UNDP-GEF small grant program activity implementation, The Centre for Environment, Human rights and Development (CEHRD) on September 4th, 2025 had a Sensitisation and awareness workshop with the community leadership of Rumourlumeni Community in Obio-Akpor LGA.
The Sensitisation workshop was to build trust and relationship and increase community participation during the Accelerating Community led Mangrove Restoration project which is ongoing.
A major outcome of the meeting was that participant who gained in-depth knowledge of the goals, objective, it’s benefit committed to support the success of the project.
