In continuation of the GEF Small Grants Programme, United Nations Development Programme – UNDP activity implementation, Centre For Environment Human Rights And Development – CEHRD on Friday 7th November 2025 carried out Training of Community Support device provides in mangroves Propagules/ seed collection.
The Training enlightened Participants on modern techniques in mangrove planting as series of practical session was carried out. The meeting improved the skills and capacity of participants from Rumuorlumeni class community in Mangrove Restoration.
Participants were drawn from the community leadership structure and students from Rumuorlumeni community in Obio Akpor Local Government Area, Rivers State.
