Capacity Building Workshop for Rivers State Legislators on Biodiversity and Climate Change Legislation was organized by CEHRD in Port Harcourt. Present at the workshop were the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, (RVHA) Rt. Hon. Ikuinyi-Owaji Ibani, Hon. and Dumle Maol, Chairman, RVHA Committee on Environment.
