| The Centre for Environment, Human Rights and Development (CEHRD) is a leading Non-Governmental Organization located in Port Harcourt that promotes Human Rights and Sustainable Green Development in Nigeria. CEHRD is committed to workforce diversity in terms of gender, nationality and culture. CEHRD has been working to reduce Gender-based Violence (GBV) and promoting gender equality in Nigeria. CEHRD is currently implementing a project titled: ‘Enhancing Prevention and Response to Gender Based Violence in Rivers State’ with support from the European Union (EU), British Council, and Agents for Citizen-Driven Transformation. In order to print the training manuals for the project, CEHRD is seeking to engage a qualified printing firm for printing of 600 training manuals. |
| Duties and Responsibilities |
| Issue invoice for the contract.Typeset training manuals on Rivers State Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Law 2020 (VAPP)Design cover backs of the 3 manuals, each for secondary schools, institutions for the enforcement of the VAPP Law and communities.Provide sample printed copies for proofreading by contract holder until satisfied document is ready for final printing.Print 600 copies of training manuals Deliver the quality printed manuals to CEHRD office within 1 week from the date of engagement.Issue receipt on completion of contract. |
| Required Skills and Experience |
| Have a fully registered company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Experienced printer with at least three years of printing experience. Must have previously carried out printing contracts with any non-governmental organisations. Have sample of previous quality printed manuals (portfolio) for inspection and validation. Have the needed equipments and manpower to deliver the contract within 1 week from the date of engagement. Possess valid invoice and receipt to issue to contract holder. |
