Public Hearing

CEHRD actively participated during the public hearing on Rivers State Environmental Management and Protection bill held on 16th April 2019 at the Rivers State House of Assembly (RSHA).The passage of the bill and consequent enforcement by the Rivers State Government will, no doubt, strengthen activities of regulatory agencies and ensure stakeholders that are bent on abusing and degrading the environment are penalized.
